Inspired by his journey from inner-city Detroit to the NFL, he established the foundation to equip young people with the skills and opportunities they need to succeed.

Beyond his legendary football career, Jerome is a dedicated advocate for youth empowerment, digital literacy, and economic mobility. Under his leadership, the foundation has launched transformative initiatives like Jerome Bettis’ CyberBus and Innovation Huddle, bridging the digital divide and preparing students for the future. His unwavering commitment to service continues to create a lasting impact, helping young people unlock their full potential.

As Executive Director of The Jerome Bettis Bus Stops Here Foundation, Bethany Vietmeier drives strategic initiatives that expand opportunities for under-resourced communities. With expertise in fundraising, grant writing, and program development, she builds key partnerships and secures essential funding to advance the foundation’s mission.

A graduate of Kent State University with a background in broadcast journalism, Bethany leverages storytelling to amplify impact and engagement. Her ability to cultivate meaningful connections and execute high-impact events ensures sustainable growth and lasting community change.

As Program Director of The Jerome Bettis Bus Stops Here Foundation, Gloria Bettis leads the development and implementation of initiatives that empower under-resourced communities through education, mentorship, and career readiness.

Passionate about community engagement and youth development, she collaborates with partners, educators, and stakeholders to expand opportunities for those who need them most. Through her leadership, the foundation continues to create pathways for success and lasting impact.

As VP of Growth and Impact for The Jerome Bettis Bus Stops Here Foundation, Alexis drives strategic initiatives to expand the foundation’s reach. With a background in marketing, sponsorship sales, and event planning, she fosters partnerships, secures funding, and enhances programs that create lasting community impact.

Holding an MBA in Marketing from Niagara University, Alexis combines strategic expertise with a deep commitment to education and mentorship. She leads growth strategies that ensure sustainable expansion and increased donor engagement, helping to empower young people and strengthen the foundation’s mission.

As Director of Marketing & Digital Engagement for The Jerome Bettis Bus Stops Here Foundation, Kiley plays a key role in amplifying the foundation’s digital presence. She attended Valparaiso University, where she earned her BA in English with minors in digital media and journalism while playing Division 1 soccer. Kiley now brings a strong background in marketing, graphic design, and nonprofit management to her role.

She creates impactful social media graphics, sponsorship decks, and invitations using Adobe Creative Cloud while managing the foundation’s social media, helping to grow its reach and deepen connections with its community. Kiley’s passion for storytelling and her dedication to advancing the foundation’s mission make her an invaluable member of the team.

As Senior Director of Events & Special Initiatives at The Bus Stops Here Foundation, Francesca plays a key role in organizing and executing events that support the foundation’s mission. She has helped bring major initiatives to life, including the Jerome Bettis Bus Stops Here Foundation Holiday Toy Drive, which served over 300 families, and the Blue & Gold Classic golf tournament.

With experience in sponsorship sales, social media marketing, and event coordination, Francesca works to enhance visibility, build partnerships, and create memorable experiences. She also collaborates with celebrity guests and community leaders to ensure seamless event execution.

Driven by a passion for impactful events, Francesca is dedicated to fostering connections and creating opportunities that bring people together for a greater cause.
